SPECIAL NEEDS GROUPS
We are a laser game leisure centre on the North Lynn Industrial Estate in King's Lynn. We have been in business since July 2008 and during this time we have provided great fun & team building for many organisations such as:
When your organisation comes to us we start with a full game briefing which explains how to play Quasar. Players are split into two teams and then they put the lightweight vest and phaser on and proceed into the arena to start the game. To score points all they need to do is pull the trigger on the phaser which releases a laser beam (non harmful) and if the laser beam hits the target on the opposite teams vest, they then score points.
The organisations above have learned many skills through using our facilities, such as, listening skills, communication, working on their own initiative as well as working within a team. Although we have a 'no running' rule within the arena the players will enjoy a small amount of physical activity. Our games are always marshalled by our staff so players are supervised and assisted to ensure they all have a great time.
We pride ourselves on being one of the few laser game centres fully compliant with the D.D.A which accommodates virtually all disabilities including wheelchairs. All our staff are enhanced C.R.B checked and are very well trained in customer service to ensure all of our customers have an amazing time.
Although our normal opening times are 3pm - 10pm Term time & 10am - 10pm School holidays, we can open earlier, if required, by prior arrangement.

COMMENTS
When the West Norfolk Branch of the National Autistic Society attended Quasar Elite we were all met by friendly
staff. The rules were explained very slowly for us and the staff also made sure that everyone understood and
advised they could go through anything again if needed. We were asked if the music or the smoke machines should
be on or off.
The children and adults thoroughly enjoyed themselves. During the game, the staff were in constant attendance
and came straight away if anyone needed their help. They also encouraged the children.
When the game was finished the staff took the time to give out the score cards and to talk to everyone to see
if they had a good time.
I would recommend this facility to mainstream and special needs groups. The staff were conscious of our needs
and did everything they could to make it an excellent time for all concerned.
Thank you so much.
